Two hours with Chad and Sarah-Gayle Galbreath to learn the tool we teach every couple we coach, so the hard conversations stop turning into hurtful ones.
You run life well together. Schedules, kids, bills, all of it. But when something needs to be said, it comes out wrong, or it doesn't come out at all.
That's a pattern, and patterns can change. Sarah-Gayle and I have been there in our own marriage. What turned it around for us was a better way to talk, one step at a time, and that's exactly what we'll practice together on the 17th.
Four simple steps that move a conversation from me vs. you to us vs. the problem. You'll learn each one, then practice it as a couple with us there to coach you through it.
How to bring up a hard topic in a way that invites your spouse in instead of putting them on defense.
How to listen so your spouse actually feels heard, even before you agree.
How to land on a both/and solution that serves both of you, without anyone having to lose.
How to turn a good conversation into real follow-through, so the same issue doesn't keep coming back.
Nobody will put you on the spot. And when you want help with what you two are actually facing, we're right there.
For couples who are dating, engaged, or married, whether things feel rocky or you just want to grow.
Small on purpose. Twelve couples means we can get to every couple who wants help during practice time. When the 12 seats are gone, registration closes.
We're the co-founders of Hope Relentless, a Christian marriage and relationship coaching practice here in the East Valley. We've been married over 20 years, and we've been coaching couples since 2010.
Sarah-Gayle holds a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. Chad is an ordained minister. We're coaches, and we've walked the road ourselves. Our heart is to help couples have hard but important conversations without those conversations becoming hurtful.
Yes. One registration covers one couple, both of you.
No. You practice with each other, just the two of you, and nobody gets put on the spot. If you want more, it's there: ask questions out loud, wave us over for coaching at your seat during practice time, or drop an anonymous question card. You choose how much you engage.
Both. If conversations have been getting heated or shutting down, this will give you a better way forward. If things are good, this will make them stronger. Every couple benefits from talking better.
It's a great one. It's two hours, it's practical, and it's low pressure. Many couples tell us a workshop felt easier to say yes to than one-on-one coaching.
No. We're marriage coaches. This is a teaching and practice workshop built on the same Communication Loop we use with the couples we coach.
Absolutely. If you want more support, we'll share how to book a free 30-minute call to talk through next steps for your relationship.
Two hours. One tool. A whole new way to talk about the hard stuff. Twelve seats, and we'd love for one of them to be yours.
There's always, always hope.
